Round Table Update
President – Jono Cullar
-Speech at 50th anniversary program with UW professors
-Yearbooks will be passed out
-College Council meeting coming up
-Reminder: LLT and StuCo update you end of term reports as the term progresses
Dons – Emily Shuh
-Maintaining facility up-keep (heat and construction)
-Checking in with Frosh and making sure they are settled academically
Associate Reps – Emily Mininger
-Associate potluck
-Frosh upper year dinners during October
-Family Feud event soon for associates participation, intended for all to watch
FLOW – Austin Penner
-Hip Hop dance
-Had a Grebelbowl tutorial
-Secret Sisters is still going
Peace Society – Jacob Winter
-Volunteering and attending by members to the PSJA conference
-STAND movie with Environment Reps – good turnout
-Guest speaker came to talk about SOAW protest
-Hosting a member of parliament to talk about minerals in phones
-MAD market planning in progress
Athletic Reps – Liza Klassen and Gibo Shim
-Grebelbowl (no injuries - yay!)
-Going to rent the gym for sports fun ex/ glow in the dark dodge ball
-Athletes of the week get vouchers for the common ground café
-Pool cues redone
Special Projects – Lily Hwang and Rebekah Winter
-Mary’s place – 7 ppl went (face painting and snacks with the children)
-Go to a retirement home: have a coffee house with musical acts (Nov. 8th)
-Grebel Wear voting up (sell at snack night)
Environment Reps – Chloe Simpson and Karen Martens
-GOOS paper bins in lounges
-Brought UW Green Guide to Grebel
-STAND movie with Peace Society – good turnout
-Fall hike (12-15 ppl)
-Watermark documentary soon
-Human planet series shown in the lounges
Yearbook – Stacey Kuipery
-45 yearbooks handed out today
-Current yearbook has been a continual process
Chapel Committee – Katelyn Miller
-Planning regular chapel
-Asking as a committee: What’s our role in the community?
-Drafted a statement about their importance
Social Committee – Emily Hunsberger
-Hallo-week (haunted house, cupcake decorating, movie night, commie supper, dance, pumpkin carving, trick-or-treat)
-Had the Mission impossible event
-Weekend events has been good (a lot of Frosh coming)
Frosh Reps – Anna Cullar and Ben Rudy-Froese
-Football practice for Grebelbowl
-Assassin began, going well
-Christmas event?
-Music Fridays having live music Fridays (30min slots)
-Life size Mario Kart event

-SLEF Fund- corkboard is up in the cafeteria and having good recommendations
-Hallo-week Community Supper Committee
-Staff Dessert Night Committee with Mary and other exec members
